NIMAK at “Welding & Cutting”

Revolutionary robot welding gun, new welding process and a new look at the trade fair in Düsseldorf.

Due to reconstruction measures at the Essen exhibition grounds, the World's Leading Trade Fair “Welding & Cutting” will take place in Düsseldorf this year as an exception. Since as is well known this is the Olympics of welding technology, as the leading joining technology specialist there's no question that we'll be there. During the exhibition week we traditionally present innovative product highlights, but this time they created a special furore in the industry. For instance at the NIMAK exhibition stand, a completely new robot welding gun celebrated its premiere that broke with all previous conventions and which will start a revolution in resistance welding technology (galaxyGUN). As far as the outer appearance is concerned, we will once more do justice to our reputation as the most modern innovation leader and trend setter: the trade fair was simultaneously the start signal for a reworked logo and a completely new homepage (www.nimak.de). And both were very well received! Initial reactions at the exhibition made it clear that with this marketing strategy we are on the right track and were able to clearly increase the brand recognition in international competition. The press lunch, initiated at the exhibition stand for the first time, also did its part - we invited all attending trade journalists to an international press conference and after the fact are very pleased with the great media interest at an exhibition stand that is always highly frequented.

After this busy week in Düsseldorf, Sales Manager at NIMAK GmbH Kay Nagel is certain that “the order books, which were well filled anyway, will continue to grow after this successful week at the trade fair”.
